Honestly, that sense of pride at opening our cakes after weeks of feeding is wonderful. Thrilled when others share this ritual.

It’s Christmas Eve over here now – Christmas Day is going to be a hot one – 34oC – too hot by far. Just to wish you a Happy Christmas – a white one I believe… Also a big thank you for your blog – which I so enjoy.
